Florián Plasencia, Haydeé El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo general lograr identificar y consolidar encadenamientos productivo de Redes empresariales y la formación de Micro clúster de zapatos Distrito Porvenir, utilizo el método descriptivo, simple prospectivo la población estuvo constituida por 40 pequeños empresarios del sector calzado, obteniendo como resultado que el 92.5% no conocen el significado de clúster y tan solo el 7.5 conoce acerca de clúster, en relación al incentivo del clúster por parte del gobiernoellos afirman que debería ser con más dinero, para facilitar prestamos de inversión en el sector calzado, existen 30 empresarios que representa el 75% y solo 25% afirman que necesitan más capacitación para producir y crecer mejor productivamente.Lasoportunidades para implementación de clúster en los pequeños empresarios consideran que para elevar la competitividad es necesario producir mejor en calidad y diseño que representa el 57.5% yel 42.5 afirma que su conformación del clúster ayudara a acceder anuevos mercados. En cadena de suministros el 22.5%, su relación es buena con los distribuidores su aceptación del calzado ,teniendo como conclusiones que los clúster identificados y mapeados fueron 40 microempresarios ,el valor agregado está dado porla calidad en 37.5% y el diseño el 25%.En relación a las capacitaciones brindadas por el estado no reciben capacitaciones por ninguna entidad, ellos afirman que deberían el gobierno nacional capacitar un 75% y el 20% la cámara de comercio y 5% las universidades.
