La responsabilidad administrativa y su repercusión en el resultado de la gestión financiera de la Universidad Privada de Trujillo 2018

Abstract

This research work called "administrative responsibility and its impact on the financial management outcome in the private University of Trujillo – 2018", is intended to raise awareness of the administrative responsibility that has The private University of Trujillo also proposes recommendations and strategic to achieve efficient results.The general objective is to evaluate the administrative responsibility granted to the Universidad Privada de Trujillo and its result in the financial management – 2018. The problem is, to evaluate how the administrative responsibility generates results in the financial management granted to the private University of Trujillo; whose hypothesis is the administrative responsibility granted to the private University of Trujillo It significantly strengthens the outcome in financial management. The population is constituted by the private universities of the city of Trujillo. The type of research is according to the purpose pursued, is descriptive, non-experimental and transversal; the techniques that were developed were the interview and the documentary analysis. In the development of research work, the results of administrative responsibility in the financial management have been demonstrated of the Universidad Privada de Trujillo, as well as analyze and technically strengthen the administrative responsibility, also evaluate the siniestralidad of results in the financial management of the Universidad Privada de Trujillo. I came to the conclusion that there is no adequate administrative responsibility which devengar shortcomings in financial management processes.

El presente trabajo de investigación denominado “La Responsabilidad Administrativa y su Repercusión en el resultado de la Gestión Financiera en la Universidad Privada de Trujillo – 2018”, tiene como propósito dar a conocer la responsabilidad administrativa que tiene la Universidad Privada de Trujillo, asimismo, proponer recomendaciones y estratégicas para lograr obtener resultados eficientes. El objetivo general, es evaluar la responsabilidad administrativa otorgada a la Universidad Privada de Trujillo y su resultado en la Gestión Financiera – 2018. El problema es, evaluar de qué manera la Responsabilidad Administrativa genera resultados en la Gestión Financiera otorgada a la Universidad Privada de Trujillo; cuya hipótesis es la responsabilidad administrativa otorgada a la Universidad Privada de Trujillo fortalece significativamente el resultado en la Gestión Financiera. La población está constituida por las universidades particulares de la ciudad de Trujillo- El tipo de investigación es de acuerdo al fin que se persigue, es descriptivo, no experimental y transversal; las técnicas que se desarrollaron fueron la entrevista y el análisis documentario. En el desarrollo del trabajo de investigación, se ha logrado demostrar los resultados de la responsabilidad administrativa en la gestión financiera de la Universidad Privada de Trujillo, así como analizar y fortalecer técnicamente la responsabilidad administrativa, también evaluar la siniestralidad de los resultados en la gestión financiera de la Universidad Privada de Trujillo. Se llegó a la conclusión que no realiza una adecuada responsabilidad administrativa que devenga deficiencia en los procesos en la gestión financiera.
