Análisis de los beneficios laborales y su repercusión en la rentabilidad de la unidad de gestión educativa local Bolívar Año 2019

Abstract

This Research Work "ANALYSIS OF LABOR BENEFITS AND THEIR IMPACT ON PROFITABILITY IN THE LOCAL EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT UNIT BOLÍVAR YEAR 2018" is a theme chosen for the purpose of analyzing the workers' benefits and how the profitability of this public institution. In this thesis the general objective was to determine the analysis of the labor benefits in the profitability of the Bolivar Local Education Management Unit, based on the research carried out within the institution. To develop the theme, the non-experimental, correlational and descriptive method has been applied, through the collection of data from the study company, survey, bibliographic research and information provided by the Human Resources Area Institution. For the elaboration of the present work, the questionnaire and the Chi-square statistical test were used to test the hypothesis. The results of the work of professional sufficiency show that there is no impact of Labor Benefits on the Profitability of the Bolivar Local Education Management Unit in 2018. El presente Trabajo de Investigación “ANÁLISIS DE LOS BENEFICIOS LABORALES Y SU REPERCUSIÓN EN LA RENTABILIDAD EN LA UNIDAD DE GESTIÓN EDUCATIVA LOCAL BOLÍVAR AÑO 2019”, es un tema elegido con motivo de hacer un análisis de los beneficios laborales de los trabajadores de la UGEL-Bolívar, y cómo repercute en la rentabilidad de esta institución pública. En esta tesis se planteó como objetivo general determinar el análisis de los beneficios laborales en la rentabilidad de la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local Bolívar, basado en la investigación realizada dentro de la institución. Para desarrollar el tema se ha aplicado el método no experimental, correlacional y descriptivo, a través de la recolección de datos de la entidad en estudio, encuesta, investigación bibliográfica e información proporcionada por la Institución del área de Recursos Humanos. Para la elaboración del presente trabajo se ha utilizado como instrumento el cuestionario y la prueba estadística de Chi cuadrado, para contrastar la hipótesis. Los resultados del trabajo de suficiencia profesional demuestran, que no existe Repercusión en la Rentabilidad de la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local Bolívar año 2018 los Beneficios Laborales.
