Diseño a nivel de afirmado de la carretera en el tramo entre los caserios Zapotal – Moyobamba, Marmot – Gran Chimú – la Libertad,2018

Abstract

He present research work called: "DESIGN AT THE LEVEL OF AFFIRMATION OF THE ROAD IN THE SECTION BETWEEN THE CASASIOS ZAPOTAL -MOYOBAMBA, MARMOT- GRAN CHIMÚ - LA LIBERTAD, 2018" we developed this project with the main objective of designing a highway at the affirmed, located on the stretch between the Zapotal and Moyobamba farmhouses, in the district of Marmot, Gran Chimú province and La Libertad department. For this we made two lines and a study of the road was carried out to be able to carry out the design at the level of the affirmed, for that we carried out a soil study, a study of quarries, the geometric design of the road, a hydrological study, an analysis of costs and budgets, for this we apply the technical knowledge of engineering and current regulations by the Ministry of Transport and Communications. According to these studies, the best route could be chosen, since it is the least long and the most economical. As is the way 1. Therefore it has been designed with a guideline speed of 30 km / h, since in the regulations the speed for a truck track is not stipulated, but the speed for roads of third class, has a minimum radius of curvature of 15m and a section of 4 meters wide, plus a berm of 0.5m. to both parts of the same one, in addition it is necessary to emphasize that it has been designed with a pumping of 3%, to be inside a rainy zone, triangular ditches of 0.15m were designed. high and 0.30m. wide on each side, with its maximum slope of 15% in the most critical areas. Finally, a base budget for the elaboration of the project was obtained with a total cost of 10,564,173.06 (ten million five hundred sixty-four thousand one hundred seventy-three and 06/100 new soles)

El presente trabajo de investigación denominado: “DISEÑO A NIVEL DE AFIRMADO DE LA CARRETERA EN EL TRAMO ENTRE LOS CASERIOS ZAPOTAL – MOYOBAMBA, MARMOT- GRAN CHIMÚ – LA LIBERTAD, 2018” desarrollamos este proyecto con el objetivo principal de diseñar una carretera a nivel de afirmado, ubicado en el tramo entre los caseríos Zapotal y Moyobamba, en el distrito de Marmot, provincia Gran Chimú y departamento La Libertad. Para esto realizamos dos trazos y se realizó un estudio de la carretera para poder realizar el diseño a nivel de afirmado, para eso realizamos un estudio de suelos, un estudio de canteras, el diseño geométrico de la vía, un estudio Hidrológico, un análisis de costos y presupuestos, para esto aplicamos los conocimientos técnicos de la ingeniería y la normatividad vigente por el Ministerio de Transportes y Comunicaciones se evaluaron 2 alternativas de trazo. De acuerdo a estos estudios realizados se pudo elegir a la mejor vía, por ser la de menos longitud y la más económica. Como es la vía 1. La carretera ha sido clasificada dentro de las vías como trocha carrozable y por su orografía tipo 4, escarpada. Por lo tanto, se ha diseñado con una velocidad directriz de 30 km/h, ya que en la normatividad la velocidad para trocha carrozable no está estipulada, pero sí la velocidad para carreteras de tercera clase, cuenta con un radio de curvatura mínimo de 15m y una sección de 4 metros de ancho, más una berma de 0.5m. a ambas partes de la misma, además cabe recalcar que se ha diseñado con un bombeo de 3%, por estar dentro de una zona lluviosa, se diseñó cunetas triangulares de 0.15m. de alto y 0.30m. de ancho en cada lado, siendo su pendiente máxima de 15% en las zonas más críticas. Finalmente, se obtuvo un presupuesto base para la elaboración del proyecto con un costo total de S/. 10,571.625.69 (diez millones quinientos setentiun mil seiscientos veinticinco y 69/100 nuevos soles)
