Propuesta de un sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el rubro de alcantarillado, Trujillo - 2017

Abstract

The present research was carried out in the work of “MEJORAMIENTO LINEA DE ADUCCION DE AGUA PARA CONSUMO HUMANO E INTERCEPTOR DE ALCANTARILLADO SANITARIO” from the av. America sur - Federico Villareal, Provincia de Trujillo, Departamento la Libertad, 2017; With a duration of 3 months, being the actors involved the workers of the company MACOMIC S.A.C; This research is carried out with the purpose of carrying out the use of a good management, referring to the safety and health of the sewage industry, it is a great part for its implementation; This is achieved by taking into account an SS policy, an SS committee, an internal regulation, IPERC, drawing up an annual SS plan, training, among others; So that the workers have the mayor's safety, with the right tools for the development of their work, to minimize the risks that are lost in the work; The investigation was carried out taking into account Law 29783 of Health and Safety and its Regulation D.S. No. 005-2012-TR; This research is non-experimental descriptive cross-sectional design, the population were all sewage works of Trujillo, the study unit was the health and safety management system in the company MACOMIC SAC in the work “MEJORAMIENTO LINEA DE ADUCCION DE AGUA PARA CONSUMO HUMANO E INTERCEPTOR DE ALCANTARILLADO SANITARIO”; The technique used was observation and the instrument the observation guide; The method that used descriptive statistics and statistical tools; In this investigation there are 0 fatal accidents, 16 mild and 3 incapacitating work; In conclusion, the evaluation of the needs of the workers to improve their quality of life was carried out, so the company must have the PPE, have all the necessary signs and train them.

La presente investigación se realizó en la obra de “MEJORAMIENTO LINEA DE ADUCCION DE AGUA PARA CONSUMO HUMANO E INTERCEPTOR DE ALCANTARILLADO SANITARIO” desde el tramo av. América sur – Federico Villareal, Provincia de Trujillo, Departamento la Libertad, 2017; con una duración de 3 meses, siendo los actores involucrados los trabajadores de la empresa MACOMIC S.A.C; esta investigación se realiza con el propósito de aportar el uso de una buena gestión, referente a la seguridad y salud sobre el rubro de alcantarillado, siendo está una gran propuesta para su implementación; esto se logrará teniendo en cuenta una política de SS, un comité de SS, un reglamento interno, IPERC, elaborando un plan anual de SS, capacitaciones, entre otros; para que los trabajadores cuenten con mayor seguridad, tengan las herramientas adecuadas para el desarrollo de su trabajo, para minimizar los riesgos que se puedan dar en la obra; la investigación se llevó teniendo en cuenta la ley 29783 de Seguridad y Salud y su Reglamento D.S. N° 005-2012 – TR; esta investigación es de tipo no experimental de diseño transversal descriptiva, la población fueron todas las obras de alcantarillado de Trujillo, la unidad de estudio fue el sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en la empresa MACOMIC S.A.C en la obra de “MEJORAMIENTO LINEA DE ADUCCION DE AGUA PARA CONSUMO HUMANO E INTERCEPTOR DE ALCANTARILLADO SANITARIO”; la técnica utilizada fue la observación y el instrumento la guía de observación; el método que se utilizó la estadística descriptiva y el instrumento gráficos estadísticos; en esta investigación se presentaron 0 accidentes mortales, 16 leves y 3 de trabajo incapacitante; en conclusión se realizó la evaluación de las necesidades de los trabajadores para mejorar su calidad de vida, para lo cual la empresa debe contar con los EPP, contar con todas las señalizaciones necesarias y capacitándolos.
