Bases teóricas para mejoramiento de vías internas para local educativo, región La Libertad, 2018

Abstract

The present investigation describes, in the first place, the problematic reality of the internal routes of the University of Trujillo in the region of La Libertad, the internal routes of the University City, where the research has been developed, of it the characteristics of the way before the conservation works and a description of the expected after the execution of the maintenance works of the internal roads. How is the analysis part of the material reviewed, it is presented in general, definitions, classifications, manufacturing processes, and theoretical methods that allow us to propose a solution to the problem posed.

The investment for the rehabilitation of the road infrastructure of the roads within the university city, for the purpose of the erosion of the road infrastructure, is essential; therefore, it is important to protect and preserve the road heritage of the urban area of the city, whose road networks have expanded widely and require effective and economic action to maintain them in satisfactory conditions.

The concept of rehabilitation of the roads, refers to the improvement of the deteriorated raceway, to rehabilitate the service of passability. In this sense, the condition and behavior of a pavement depends on the type, quality and rehabilitation opportunity it receives. On the other hand, the rehabilitation of infrastructure refers to the set of processes and actions necessary to rehabilitate the integrity of the road infrastructure to acceptable levels, without involving major changes in its structure.

La presente investigación describe, primeramente, la realidad problemática de las vías internas del local educativo (Universidad Nacional de Trujillo) en la región de la Libertad, específicamente las vías internas de la Ciudad Universitaria, en donde se ha desarrollado la investigación, de él se describen las características de la vía antes de los trabajos de conservación y una descripción de los esperado posterior a la ejecución de los trabajos de mantenimiento de las vías internas. Y como parte del análisis del material revisado, se presenta en general, definiciones, clasificaciones, procesos de fabricación, y métodos teóricos que nos permiten plantear una solución a la problemática planteada.

La inversión para la rehabilitación de la infraestructura vial de las vías dentro de la ciudad universitaria, a efectos del desgaste de la infraestructura vial, es imprescindible; por lo cual es importante proteger y preservar el patrimonio vial del área urbana de la ciudad, cuyas redes viales se han extendido ampliamente y requieren una acción efectiva y económica para mantenerlos en condiciones satisfactorias.

El concepto de rehabilitación de las vías, se refiere al mejoramiento de la carpeta de rodadura deteriorada, para rehabilitar el servicio de transitabilidad. En este sentido la condición y comportamiento de un pavimento depende del tipo, calidad y oportunidad de rehabilitación que recibe. Por otro lado, la rehabilitación de la infraestructura, se refiere al conjunto de procesos y acciones necesarias para rehabilitar la integridad de la infraestructura vial a niveles aceptables, sin involucrar mayores cambios en su estructura.
