Acceso al crédito del deudor alimentario.

Abstract

En la presente investigación se planteó como objetivo general demostrar que, permitiendo el acceso al crédito, el deudor alimentario podrá cumplir con dicha obligación; en el cual, la población estudiada se constituyó 347 deudores alimentarios morosos registrados desde el 01 de enero del 2017 al 01 de octubre del 2018 a nivel nacional y la muestra de 01 deudor alimentario moroso registrado en la región de La Libertad. Se realizó un estudio descriptico transversal, el cual se aplicó la obtención de datos mediante el análisis documentario para obtener la información de los deudores alimentarios morosos. Los métodos de análisis de datos para esta investigación fueron desarrolladas a través de la estadística descriptiva. Luego de realizar el proceso de la investigación, se han logrado las conclusiones dentro de las cuales se han logrado identificar la variación de la cantidad de los deudores alimentarios morosos desde el año 2017 al año 2018, concluyendo que, el crédito especial beneficiaría tanto al padre alimentario moroso ya que no sería privado de su libertad, así como el alimentista tendría los beneficios necesarios para llevar una vida digna la cual es su derecho.

In the present investigation, it was proposed as a general objective to demonstrate that, allowing access to credit, the food debtor may comply with said obligation; in which, the studied population constituted 347 delinquent food debtors registered from January 01, 2017 to October 1, 2018 at the national level and the sample of 01 delinquent food debtors registered in the region of La Libertad. A cross-sectional descriptive study was carried out, which was applied to obtain data through the documentary analysis to obtain the information of the delinquent food debtors. The methods of data analysis for this research were developed through descriptive statistics. After carrying out the research process, the conclusions have been reached, within which the variation in the amount of delinquent food debtors has been identified from 2017 to the year 2018, concluding that the special credit would benefit both the alimentary father defaulter since he would not be deprived of his freedom, just as the food man would have the necessary benefits to lead a dignified life which is his right.
