La presente monografía busca obtener información técnica necesaria para elaborar la investigación análisis de pavimento flexible reforzado con fibras de acero 4D mediante la metodología de desgaste HDM-IV, Trujillo, La Libertad.
La presente investigación elaboró la teoría del uso de fibras de acero las cuales se han venido usando en el medio constructivo desde hace más de 5 años, sólo que su uso no ha sido muy extendido en toda la comunidad ingenieril, como ejemplo del bueno uso de este se tiene la elaboración de la utilización de fibras metálicas para la construcción de concreto Reforzado en la ciudad de Pucallpa, señalando que el refuerzo de concreto que se logra es mediante un acople tridimensional, reduciendo las tensiones aplicadas al elemento estructural aumentando así su resistencia, usado principalmente en pisos y pavimentos, obteniendo un elevado número de fibras por Kg. distribuyéndose uniformemente y logrando un comportamiento mecánico homogéneo.
