Propuesta de diseño del pavimento flexible para la avenida Santo Toribio y las calles 7 y 8 del asentamiento humano Las Lomas sector I - distrito de Huanchaco - Trujillo - La Libertad, 2018

Abstract

The Design of Pavements is a subject of study and research that arises from the need to contribute to the progress of the regions of a country, the present project entitled. "PROPOSAL OF FLEXIBLE PAVEMENT DESIGN IN THE SANTA TORIBIO AVENUE AND THE 7 AND 8 STREETS OF THE HUMAN SETTLEMENT LAS LOMAS SECTOR I - DISTRICT OF HUANCHACO - TRUJILLO - LA LIBERTAD -2018.", has as objective the design of the flexible pavement in that place and having a paved road that allows vehicular traffic and facilitates the transport of passengers and production in search of new and better markets. For the flexible pavement design proposed in this thesis, traffic counts of the study area will be used, and will be complemented according to established standards and methodologies to design this flexible pavement, and thus achieve a level of passableness improving the living conditions of the population in the entire area of influence. Likewise, for the calculation of the thicknesses of the layers that will make up the structure of the flexible pavement, the AASTHO 93 methodology will be used. Finally, a final proposal will be reached, giving the most adequate solution as regards the current situation of this project, which it is sought to be socially profitable and sustainable for its Feasibility Statement.

El Diseño de Pavimentos es un tema de estudio e investigación que surge de la necesidad de contribuir al progreso de las regiones de un país, el presente proyecto titulado. “PROPUESTA DE DISEÑO DEL PAVIMENTO FLEXIBLE EN LA AVENIDA SANTO TORIBIO Y LAS CALLES 7 Y 8 DEL ASENTAMIENTO HUMANO LAS LOMAS SECTOR I – DISTRITO DE HUANCHACO – TRUJILLO – LA LIBERTAD - 2018.”, tiene como objetivo el diseño del pavimento flexible en dicho lugar y de contar con una vía pavimentada que permita el tránsito vehicular y facilite el transporte de pasajeros y la producción en busca de nuevos y mejores mercados. Para el diseño de pavimento flexible propuesto en esta tesis, se emplearán conteos de tráfico de la zona de estudio, y se complementará según normas y metodologías ya establecidas para diseñar dicho pavimento flexible, y así lograr un nivel de transitabilidad mejorando las condiciones de vida de la población en toda la zona de influencia. Así mismo, para el cálculo de los espesores de las capas que conformarán la estructura del pavimento flexible se utilizará la metodología AASTHO 93. Finalmente se llegará a una propuesta final dando la solución más adecuada en cuanto a la situación actual de este proyecto, lo cual se busca que sea socialmente rentable y sostenible para su Declaración de Viabilidad.
